King Scouts: Who we are?

King Scouts is the highest award given to a Senior Scout (Pengakap Remaja) that had passed the King Scout Standardization Exam. The exam involved solo camp, making campcrafts, pioneering, first aid etc, including backwoodsman cooking.

The candidate of a King Scout will be awarded a Bushman's Thong, self-made lanyard on their uniform. Once the candidate has passed he/she will receive the prestegious King Scout's certificate, signed by every King / Sultan from all 9 states of Malaysia and presented personally by the Sultan of the state (or the state Governor for Sabah, Sarawak, Penang and Melaka) at the palace.

King Scouts of INTI Fellowship is aimed to gather all King Scouts who are currently working and studying at INTI to promote the ideas of Scouting, mooted by Baden Powell in 1907. The future idea is to form a Kumpulan Latihan Kelanasiswa Malaysia (KLKM). Join us in our facebook group at King Scouts / Queen Guides / B.P. Award Holders of INTI Fellowship
